Here you can decide whether to perform a ‘New Installation’ or an ‘Update’. Of course, the latter is only possible if SuSE Linux is already installed. In this case, you can also boot this system with ‘Boot installed system’. If your installed system does not start, perhaps because some important system configurations were corrupted, you can try to repair the system with ‘System repair’. If SuSE Linux was not installed so far, you can only perform a new installation. The procedure for the new installation is described in the following section. More information about the system update is provided in Section “System Update”.
