These are mangled RPMS created by Unix Support to work on a default RH6.2
system.  You should consider updating your system to have the latest version
of rpm, and using the official packages available from
ftp://ftp.openssh.org/pub/OpenBSD/OpenSSH/portable/rpms or a mirror.

If you need any other packages to make this work then look in the RH-Other
directory.
