New DNS names for this mirror service

UIS is withdrawing all domain names under csx.cam.ac.uk. As a result, the Unix Support mirror server is now hosted at mirror.apps.cam.ac.uk. Please update any systems still using www-uxsup.csx.cam.ac.uk to use the new name. The old name will be withdrawn in August 2022.
